Job Description:
- Plan, synergize, implement, monitor, and evaluate sales and distribution strategies and work programs to distribute products throughout Indonesia, ensure product availability, and increase company turnover.
- Be responsible for the work program and achievement of established sales targets to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends, product potential, area potential, and distribution channels nationally with the aim of developing effective and efficient sales and distribution program strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify, build, and maintain distribution channels that align with the company's products through established networks, with a focus on increasing sales in S3.
- Evaluate and validate the sales and marketing data management and analysis systems implemented by the Data Analyst to ensure timely and accurate information is generated.
Requirement:
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years as General Manager of Sales in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical industries, or distribution companies.
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning & budget control.
- Extensive network and deep understanding of MT, GT, and nationwide distribution channels.
- Strong in Leadership, Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Indonesia.
