What You’ll Handle
• Lead and manage multi-outlet operations performance
• Improve operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability
• Build strong middle management & operational systems
• Support aggressive expansion and business growth
• Monitor KPI, SOP implementation, and team productivity
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B multi outlet management
• Experienced in handling large operational teams
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem solving
• Understand operational systems, finance, and people management
• Able to work in fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Experience managing 50+ outlets is a strong advantage
