Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all company operational activities on an end-to-end basis.
- Translate the vision, strategy, and direction of the President Director into actionable plans and cross-department execution.
- Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of all Heads of Department (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Retail, and Corporate Finance).
- Ensure the achievement of company targets while maintaining operational continuity and business growth.
- Make strategic decisions related to operational priorities, resource allocation, and company development focus.
- Maintain organizational effectiveness through strong cross-functional coordination and clear execution across departments.
- Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities to enhance overall company performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food processing industries.
- Proven experience in managing company operations end-to-end and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of operational management, performance targets, and strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate strategy into structured and measurable operational execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability in addressing operational and business challenges.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
