PT Indo Innovation Art and Craft Supplies was established in 2024 and produces painting equipment and related supplies. Our company is located in Demak, Central Java. Our human resources are experienced in this industry, and our production department is constantly innovating in design to provide the best products for our customers. Our goal is to become one of the world's leading suppliers of high-end art supplies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, implementing, inspecting, supervising and ensuring the execution of specific factory management tasks.
2. Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of business operations and service.
3. Supervise and inspect the implementation and execution of relevant policies.
4. Responsible for categorizing and submitting various types of documents.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree all major
2. 3 years of progressive management experience, at least 1-3 years at the same positions.
3. Deep understanding about business analysis or manufacturing business analysis.
4. The ability to motivate teams, mentor and build high performing, collaborative teams.
5. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
