Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Operational Oversight
- Risk Management and Compliance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the bird’s nest industry.
- Proficient in English, Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong background in leading teams and achieving business objectives.
- Expertise in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
