- Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan operasional cabang/dealer, termasuk Sales, Marketing, After Sales, dan Administrasi.

- Memimpin, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja team dan department head untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.

- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan principal/brand, leasing, supplier, dan stakeholder terkait.

- Bertanggung jawab atas pertumbuhan bisnis, pencapaian target, dan profitabilitas cabang/dealer.

- Memantau pencapaian target, menganalisis performa bisnis, serta mengambil keputusan dan tindakan perbaikan yang diperlukan.
