Varnion is on the hunt for an experienced General Manager Sales Hospitality based in Bali! We’re looking for a driven professional ready to lead our application sales efforts and drive growth in a dynamic, tech-focused environment.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product enhancements and marketing
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, providing insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of 5 years in sales management, particularly in the ISP industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior within the ISP industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of devising and executing effective sales strategies.
