We are looking for a business-minded operational leader to join our growing team as General Manager – Operations & Manufacturing. You will work closely with the CEO and take ownership of the day-to-day operational execution, manufacturing performance, cost efficiency, and operational P&L.
Job Description :
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing & operations
- Manage Production, PPIC, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance & Logistics
- Own operational KPIs, COGS, productivity, waste, inventory & operational costs
- Drive P&L improvement and operational profitability
- Build scalable SOPs, systems & processes
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Develop and lead a high-performing operations team
- Translate company strategy into strong day-to-day execution
- Work closely with the CEO on business growth and operational strategy
Qualifications :
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience is a plus
- 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role
- Strong background in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, frozen food, beverage, or related industries
- Proven experience managing manufacturing / multi-function operations
- Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, budgeting, forecasting & cost control
- Data-driven, commercially minded and hands-on
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement is a plus
