Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations across all departments.
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve major guest issues.
- Achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
- Develop business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders.
- Report operational and financial performance to ownership or corporate management.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospitality industry / General Manager hotel *5 and Have Experience in Oversee
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Good and professional attitude
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiar with hotel systems is an advantage
