Currently, we are hiring a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our hospitality division as a General Manager for the Tangerang area. Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the hotel property.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
- Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Build strong relationships with guests, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local government requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in hotel operations
- Proven experience in senior hotel management roles (DOSM, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, or equivalent) within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) hospitality market.
- Extensive experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), Corporate Business, and Corporate Governance.
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels/resorts is highly preferred.
- Possesses excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Proven revenue growth achievements.
- Strong network within the corporate, government, MICE, and OTA markets.
- Strong budgeting and P&L management.
- Resort or international chain experience.
- Excellent guest satisfaction performance.
