GENERAL MANAGER (FURNITURE INDUSTRY)

We are a growing furniture company seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a furniture company (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of wood, metal, rattan, decoration, and materials

• Proven experience in managing company operations and making strategic decisions

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Strong business mindset with problem-solving ability

• Very good command of English (spoken and written is mandatory)

• Able to coordinate across departments (production, purchasing, sales, finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall company operations

• Make strategic and operational decisions for business growth

• Ensure all departments are aligned and running efficiently

• Monitor company performance and implement improvements

• Coordinate with management team (including Production Manager, Sales, and Finance)

• Represent the company in communication with clients and partners (in English)

Note: This role focuses on company management and decision-making. Production and quality control are handled by the Production Manager.
