Job description for GENERAL MANAGER FNB MULTI BRAND – MEDAN OPERATIONS at M-Burger
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or similar
- At least 6 years in F&B, including 3+ years managing multiple outlets (Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
- Proven experience turning around a team or operation that was not performing
- Proven P&L experience, including improving margins without lowering quality
- You build systems instead of relying on being present all the time
- Strong skills in POS, inventory, food and labour cost control, and financial reports
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence people
- Comfortable representing a brand in public
- English at intermediate level or higher
- Willing to live and work in Medan
- Premium or multi-brand F&B experience is a plus.
