Requirements
- Female, preferably wearing hijab.
- Bachelor’s Degree (HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and work with deadlines.
- Trustworthy, proactive, positive attitude, and growth mindset.
- Values aligned with Islamic ethics & professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a women-centered education environment.
- Ability to support various departments simultaneously.
