Requirements:
1. Minimum S1 from any discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in general affairs.
3. Maximum 30 years old.
4. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
5. Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Detailed, reliable, flexible, and disciplined personality.
7. Have a strong ability to multitask, initiative, and be proactive.
Job description:
1. Manage and monitor the execution of purchasing and agreement with vendors for company and projects requirements in a timely manner.
2. Procurement and manage the availability of work facilities and facilities that support the company's operations.
3. Manage and maintain the relationship and evaluation of suppliers and vendors.
4. Perform tasks related to employees such as visas, passports, airline tickets, hotels, and others.
5. Manage and assist with fixed asset inventories.
6. Coordinates with other departments and vendors on requirements and/or dealings with general premises/facilities queries including negotiating to receive the best proposal from vendors/ suppliers.
7. Coordinates with other departments related to general affairs payment.
8. Provides general facilities administration support in various administration functions which may include responding to calls, the purchase of office supplies including stationery, business cards, handling special mail requests, and facility security functions.
9. Assist in maintaining and updating GA’s documents including follow-up to related parties in order to ensure all GA’s agreements with the third party are updated and well organized.
10. To manage all GA administrative following company process and regulation.
