As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for talented individuals who share our vision and passion General Affairs Officer to join our team in Banjaran, Kabupaten Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our Banjaran-based office.

As a General Affairs various administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the efficient running of our office. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and permits.

- Managing office facilities and infrastructure, including maintenance and upkeep.

- Handling procurement processes for office supplies and equipment.

- Organizing events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

- Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and vendors.

- Assisting in the planning and execution of projects related to office development and improvement.

- Handling HR, MEP and Logistic experience is a bonus

For this position, we seek candidates who are well-suited for a hands-on role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a Senior or Vocational High School education and between 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. Essential skills include proficiency in mechanical, plumbing, electrical work, and engineering principles, particularly those related to civil engineering.
