Job description for General Affairs Staff at PT JMY Development Indonesia

Manage factory facilities, offices, warehouses, and public areas to ensure they are fit and safe for use.
Oversee the cleanliness, security, and orderliness of the work environment.
Manage company assets and inventory, including maintenance and repairs.
Organize and control vendors (security, cleaning services, catering, transportation, etc.).
Procure non-production operational needs.
Manage and monitor company permits and compliance documents.
Support the implementation of OHS and the provision of occupational safety facilities.
Manage operational vehicles and company transportation needs.
Support visits by guests, auditors, buyers, and foreign management.
Prepare administration, documentation, and reports on GA activities.
