GENERAL AFFAIRS / OPERATIONS STAFF
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office and store maintenance, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee company vehicle documentation, maintenance, and servicing.
• Handle operational permits and mandatory government reporting.
• Support store setup, renovation, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operate at optimal standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and vendors to resolve operational and facility-related issues.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, General Affairs, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in supplier and vendor management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to visit company stores for work-related duties.
• Good understanding of building construction and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering is a strong advantage.
• Experience in building maintenance, repair, or facility management is required.
