General Affairs (GA) Staff
📍 Placement: Global Prestasi School Bekasi
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily General Affairs operational activities, including Security, Driver, and Cleaning Service teams
- Monitor school facilities and ensure all operational areas are well maintained and ready for use
- Coordinate logistical support for school events and activities
- Conduct routine operational monitoring related to cleanliness, security, and transportation services
- Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and external service providers related to General Affairs operations
- Prepare operational reports and maintain administrative documentation related to General Affairs
- Support smooth communication between school units and General Affairs operational teams
- Ensure school operational support services run effectively, safely, and according to procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, facility management, or operational support
- Familiar with facility management, transportation coordination, security systems, cleaning operations, and vendor management
- Possess basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (K3)
- Able to coordinate multiple operational teams simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work with high mobility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in school, educational, or service environments is an advantage
- Able to work in dynamic operational situations
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Responsive and service-oriented mindset
