Key Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affair or related positions
✔️ Understand General Affair administration processes, office services, facility maintenance, procurement, logistics, security, and asset management
✔️ Good knowledge of office management, company facility maintenance, and regulations related to facilities, security, and office administration
✔️ Able to manage, plan, and organize company assets and operational needs effectively
✔️ Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
✔️ Strong time management and task prioritization skills
✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Good negotiation skills and able to build effective cooperation with third parties/vendors
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office
