Job description for General Affair at Batik Wolter

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor sourcing, coordination, receiving, and quality control
  2. Handle General Affairs administrative tasks, including asset records, procurement documentation, and operational reports
  3. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through the management of company assets, inventory (stationery and operational supplies), facilities, and company operational needs (including packaging packaging supplies)
  4. Monitor and coordinate building and facility maintenance, including electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, drainage, and minor repairs
  5. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, contractors, and external parties regarding operational and maintenance matters
  6. Support stock opname activities and assist in onboarding and training new employees on General Affairs operational procedures
  7. Manage operational payments such as utilities, rent, vendor invoices, and General Affairs petty cash
  8. Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, organized, and compliant with operational safety standards
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth company operations
  10. Prepare and maintain regular operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, or other related fields
  2. Previous experience in General Affairs, Property Management, or Operational Support.
  3. Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory handling, and asset management
  4. Basic knowledge of building maintenance and facility management systems
  5. Experienced in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and external service providers
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  7. Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities
  8. Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work both independently and collaboratively
  9. Responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
