What you'll be doing
Managing office operations and coordinating administrative procedures
Overseeing facility management, including maintenance, procurement, and vendor management
Providing support for events, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties
Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Assisting with other general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar general affairs or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in english
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
Knowledge of HR practices and office management procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
