Job description for General Affair at PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Execute and supervise general office operational activities such as cleanliness, security, operational vehicles, and other office facilities.
2. Manage office supply needs and procurement, and ensure availability.
3. Prepare regular reports related to General Affairs activities, expenditures, and office operational needs.
4. Support internal company activities such as office events, training, and employee engagement activities.
5. Handle other administrative tasks related to office operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in General Affairs (preferred).
- Able to work in the field and willing to perform out-of-office duties.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible in completing tasks.
