Job description for General Affair Staff at PT Guna Solusindo Utama
PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Admin For Real Estate Company to our client PT Long Happy Life (Working Hybrid). This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of daily company financial transactions.
- Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
- Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
- Assist Engineering Staff
- Assisting in the preparation of data for internal and external audit purposes.
- Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.
- Compiling reports on office operational expenses.
- Providing general administrative support, Make MoM
- Understand or have experience at Construction or real estate Company as Admin or Accounting.
What we're looking for
- Strong background in accounting, finance, Real Estate Administration or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, have experience in Real Estate or Construction Is Must.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations
- Willing to relocate to Jimbaran / Nusa Dua, Badung, Bali.
