Job description for General Affair Staff at PT Weichai Indonesia Utama
- Daily office and expatriate needs, such as manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letter, etc), manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, order office supplies, billing & payments, etc.
- Create purchase request regarding General Affair to Finance & Accounting team including for non-routine orders.
- Renew office and car rental.
- Maintain the good condition of all assets and facilities in the office and stores.
- Inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
- Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.
- And other temporary works arranged by the leader.
