Job description for General Affair Staff at Extramarks Education Indonesia
- Receiving, recording and reporting all company assets and consumable goods
- Responsible to coordinate with office building management
- Create purchase request regarding General Affair to Finance & Accounting team including for non routine orders
- Procurement/inventory control and maintenance of utilities, facilities, supplies, and stationaries
- Providing day to day daily operational needs
- Maintain office seating schedule, coordinate office renovation/office moves
- Find, contact, and dealing with vendors
- Record keeping of office assets (e.g workstations labels, desktops/laptops, labels, etc.)
- Create monthly report
- Other tasks given by Supervisor Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have a driving license will be a Must
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as GA
- Great attention to details
- Having a good knowledge in things related to office management and building maintenance
- Ability to manage task & time for personal & team
- Excellence verbal & non-verbal communication skills
- Seek for fast growing environment
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
