Job description for General Affair Staff at Jiwa Group
Qualification :
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Administration, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Facility Management, Procurement, or related fields.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Knowledge of administrative and documentation processes.
- Understanding of procurement processes and purchasing procedures.
- Experience in managing employee business travel administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint — Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic dashboards), and the ability to prepare operational reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities :
- Manage office supplies, pantry supplies, uniforms, and operational inventories
- Process procurement requests for goods and services
- Maintain and update the company's asset database and inventory records,
- Manage employee business travel requests and approvals.
