Job description for General Affair Officer at PT Indobara Bahana

Sebagai General Affair Officer, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen aset, kendaraan, dan administrasi umum perusahaan. Tugas utama termasuk mengelola perawatan kendaraan dan asuransi, mengawasi kelengkapan armada, menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal. Anda juga akan melakukan pengelolaan aset perusahaan, menggunakan sistem FMS/GPS untuk pemantauan kendaraan, dan memastikan komunikasi yang baik antar tim. Selain itu, Anda akan membantu dalam penyusunan laporan dan dokumen administratif yang diperlukan.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang General Affair
Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C yang masih beriaku
Memahami pengelolaan kendaraan operasional, maintenance kendaraan, asuransi kendaraan, asuransi gedung dan monitoring penggunaan BBM
Menguasai Software Fleet Managemext System (FMS) atau GPS tracking
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & koordinasi yang baik
