Kualifikasi

• Minimal lulusan D3/S1

• Mempunyai pengalaman di bidang General Affairs.

• Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

• Berpengalaman dalam pemeliharaan fasilitas, pengelolaan aset, dan koordinasi vendor.

• Teliti, terorganisir, dan proaktif.

• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Tanggung Jawab

• Mengelola fasilitas kantor, aset, dan kebutuhan maintenance.

• Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, departemen terkait dan petugas (kebersihan, keamanan, gardener)

• Menangani administrasi umum, pengadaan, dan pelaporan.
