  1. Jenis kelamin : Laki-laki.
  2. Usia : 23–32 tahun.
  3. Pendidikan : Minimal SMK Teknik / Otomotif.
  4. Pengalaman : Minimal 2 tahun di operasional / GA / maintenance / warehouse / manufaktur; pengalaman sebagai PIC / koordinator menjadi nilai tambah.
  5. Keahlian : Koordinasi lapangan, problem solving, Microsoft Excel, reporting, administrasi dasar, komunikasi dengan vendor, monitoring pekerjaan.
  6. Kepribadian : Tegas, komunikatif, responsif, inisiatif, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, bertanggung jawab, tidak mudah panik, dan mampu bekerja lintas departemen.
  7. Bersedia bekerja mobile di area operasional, memiliki kemampuan follow-up yang baik, bersedia menangani kebutuhan urgent sesuai aturan perusahaan.
  8. Perusahaan hanya akan memproses yang sesuai dengan kriteria.
