Job description for General Administration Officer at PT Gamatechno Indonesia
- Provide necessary documentations for project tender requirements.
- Fill and Update necessary informations into vendor/e-procurement systems
- Collect and update database as requested by Sales & Production team.
- Create structured documentation and periodic reports on the processes and targets that have been achieved in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct general secretarial duties and general affairs for Jakarta Office, includes but not limited to : liase with office management, manage petty cash and expense, and other administrative duties.
- Education background min. diploma degree in any major but administration is preferred.
- Have min. 1 year experience in general administration and project administration or personal assistance.
- Able to work individually and in a team and are willing to work overtime.
- Good in communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Having knowledge/experience about e-procurement is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be place in Jakarta (WFO)
