  • Memastikan Invoice terkirim kepada pelanggan dibayarkan tepat waktu
  • Menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen penagihan
  • Memastikan dan menyajikan laporan Administrasi di bagian pembayaran dan penagihan sesuai dengan jadwal
  • Menagih invoice yang diberikan oleh divisi Credit Control Operation
  • Membantu dalam pembuatan proposal penawaran dan kontrak kerja sama jika diperlukan
  • Membantu dalam penyusunan laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • Membuat schedule service
  • Update dan monitoring tim service
  • Membuat pencatatan barang masuk - keluar gudang
  • Membuat insentif service
  • Membuat laporan operasional

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1dari semua jurusan
  • Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word + Excel)
  • Memiliki pengalaman mengoperasikan program akuntansi merupakan poin plus
  • Memiliki keterampilan yang baik untuk mengoperasikan Vlookup, Hlookup, dan Pivot
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, berorientasi pada detail, bertanggung jawab
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Facility Services (Hygiene, Cleaning Service, dan Pest Control) lebih disukai
