Job description for General Admin Sales Marketing and Business Development at PT. Rasa Muda Makmur (Akang Group)
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Administrative staff responsibilities to ensure performance of business development task
- Manage agendas/travel arrangement/appointmens et. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, package etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update record and database with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues wheneber BD's team necessary
