We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Prepare financial reports, including LKPM, BKPM, Import Realization Tax reports, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Prepare cost estimations and product costing for pre-orders and delivered goods.
• Process and monitor payments, including supplier invoices, internal bills, and payroll.
• Operate and maintain accounting records using Xero accounting software.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and tax payments.
• Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.
• Manage BPJS administration and related documentation.
• Liaise with banks, tax offices, auditors, and external consultants when required.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Support accounts payable processes and monitor outstanding payments (Net 30 terms).
• Record and reconcile daily cash flow transactions (cash receipts, payments, and expenses).
• Maintain daily bank account reports and reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash transactions and office supply purchases.
