We are looking for an individual who pays attention to the details and energetic as General Affair Administration Assistant. 
Preferably resides around South Jakarta. Pancoran, Tebet, Pasar Minggu, Manggarai.
You must have:
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
* Minimum 2-5 years in similar position
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Required Knowledge and Skill(s): finance management, banking management, export import, administrative, tax, logistic knowledge, Microsoft Office and computer literate,
* Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analysis issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, concern for order, orientation to detail, work efficiently, and business process understanding.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring daily finance activities including payment, settlement, record, and report both internal and external are well-managed
* Ensuring office supply, office equipment is well arranged, distributed and well function
* Preparing all reports in finance
* Planning, budgeting and controlling general affairs (GA) activities based on Company policy
* Monitoring documents submission and delivery to third parties
* Monitoring account receivable and account payable
* Controlling fund requisition for office operational
* Checking payment and recording cash
* Checking cash balance with physical and daily cash report
* Doing payment for all expenses
* Preparing Cash Projection and Cash Flow Report
* Preparing bank and cash reconciliation
* Checking payment and record of cash and bank flow
* Settling payment of general expenses
* You must have knowledge of import procedure Working hours 9.-5 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends you may enjoy your personal life better.
