Job description for General Accountant at PT. Global Survey Indonesia
Accounting Operations
- Process and record accounting transactions arising from the Company's business operations.
- Collect, process, and maintain valid and compliant invoices and supporting documents, and record the corresponding accounting entries.
- Periodically reconcile and allocate input and output Value-Added Tax (VAT), ensuring consistency between VAT schedules and financial reports.
- Verify the consistency between detailed accounting records and general ledger data.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT and Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations, as well as reports on invoice usage.
- Make provisional Corporate Income Tax (CIT) payments, where applicable.
1. Periodic Financial Reporting and Tax Finalization
- Prepare periodic financial statements and annual or ad hoc Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization reports as required.
- Pay the annual business license tax and other state budget payments, where applicable.
1. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position; Experience working in a real estate company is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Banking.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and data synthesis skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, transparent, and responsible, with the ability to work under high pressure
