Job description for Gardener at PT ACADEMY PADEL CENTER (Rodri Ovide Academy)
1. Ensure supplies and equipment are used effectively and efficiently.
2. Assign work for staff properly
3. Delegate some jobs to subordinate when absent.
4. Make sure all assigned work are well done
5. Report unsolvable problem to Assistant Manager or other superior.
6. Collect, consider and implement staff suggestion/idea for our improvement.
7. Ensure Gardener log book is used and read for keeping good communication
8. Prepare staff roster and show to Asst. Manager for approval.
9. Pay attention to staff knowledge and skill by doing some training if needed
