Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma III or above, major is not specified
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome
- Strong initiatives and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills - verbal and written, listening skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to speak English actively
- Willing to be placed in the Cikarang Pusat
Job Responsibility:
- Act as a liaison between departments to identify support needs and ensure effective communication.
- Assist teams in project management by organizing resources, equipment, schedules, and deliverables.
- Oversee the inventory and maintenance of company assets to maximize operational efficiency including the purchasing needed.
- Coordinate asset acquisitions, handover
- Gather feedback from teams to continually refine support services.
- Ensure office environment are clean, safe and healthy for all employees by monitoring office neatness and cleanliness
- Support and proceed any requirement related to the job by Superior acknowledgement and approval
