Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage GA administration and operations, including petty cash, routine payments, office supply procurement, and documentation.
- Manage vendors, company assets, inventory, and project logistics needs.
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and office equipment.
- Manage procurement, distribution, maintenance, and documentation of IT devices.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of MEP facilities, such as electrical systems, generators, AC, and plumbing.
- Handle facility and IT complaints, coordinating with vendors, building management, and related Business Units.
- Monitor electricity and water usage to support operational cost efficiency.
Skills & Capabilities
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields.
- Understands IT equipment troubleshooting, basic networking, asset management, and office equipment.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance coordination is a plus.
- Able to manage administration, documentation, vendors, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicative, service-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work both office-based and on-site, as well as outside working hours when required.
