Job description for Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager at PT Global Multindo Cipta
We're a growing group working across engineering consulting, logistics and project services. We're looking for a driven person to raise funding for our projects and manage our relationships with investors.
What you'll do: find and qualify investors (angels, VCs, family offices, banks, strategic partners) plus grants; prepare pitch decks, investment memos and financial summaries with management; run outreach and meetings and keep an investor pipeline up to date; support due diligence, term discussions and investor reporting.
What we're looking for: 3+ years in fundraising, investment banking, VC/PE, corporate finance or business development; an investor network in Indonesia/SEA is a strong plus; fluent written and spoken English, with strong presentation and financial modelling skills; a bachelor's in finance, economics, business or similar.
Salary: Rp 10–15 juta/month plus a 1–2% success bonus on funds raised.
