To support our growing projects, we’re looking for a passionate Back End Developer (Spring Boot) to join our dynamic engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java Spring Boot.
- Design and implement APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Front End, QA, and Business Analyst teams throughout the SDLC.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and security best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Back End Developer (fresh grads with strong projects welcome).
- Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of REST API, Microservices, and Database (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of Git/GitLab, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
- Good problem-solving skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in banking/fintech projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
