Job description for Fullstack Engineering at PT Esha Parama Teknologi
Requirements :
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Golang & Javascript dan framework yang umum digunakan (JS: SolidJS, React, Vue, Angular)
- Memiliki pemahaman tingkat menengah dalam:
(a) model database - NoSQL & RDBMS
(b) caching - Redis, Memcached
(c) antrian pesan - MQ, NATS, Kafka
- Kemampuan untuk mencari dan mendorong adopsi & inovasi teknologi:
- Memiliki kemampuan tingkat menengah untuk memecah user stories menjadi persyaratan/desain teknis
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang technical debt & mendefinisikan roadmap teknis
- Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dan mengkoordinasikan kelompok individu menuju tujuan bersama
- Memiliki inisiatif yang baik, keterampilan komunikasi & koordinasi tingkat menengah
