Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and web application development.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language or web development framework.
- Basic understanding of databases and how applications interact with APIs.
- Interested in using AI tools to assist with coding, problem-solving, and application development.
- Willing to learn how to create technical documentation before implementing software.
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with a development team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Go, or similar technologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI agent workflows.
- Understanding of REST APIs, database design, or Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
- Basic knowledge of Git, Docker, or application deployment.
- Experience building personal projects, academic projects, or portfolio applications.
Additional Expectations
- Willing to experiment with AI tools while understanding and validating the generated code.
- Able to explain the basic logic and functionality of applications they build.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- A portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal project demonstrating technical curiosity is a plus.
