Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Experienced in developing and deploying web applications end-to-end.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as startups, software houses, or product companies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

- Able to review and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
- Comfortable learning and working across the full stack with AI-assisted development.
Nice to Have
Japanese language proficiency or prior experience working with Japanese clients or teams.
Commitment
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Japan.
- Willing to work full-time hybrid in Yogyakarta during the first year.
- Willing to relocate to Tsukuba, Japan in the second year (with compensation and benefits adjusted upon relocation to Japan)
- Willing to obtain JLPT certification within one year after joining.
