Job description for Fullstack Developer (Java Spring Boot & React.js) at PT Digital Tech Asia

1. Production Support Activities

• Handle incident tickets and support issue resolution from business users.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose permanent fixes.

• Support service requests including data extraction, validation requests, reporting, and ad-hoc troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional technical teams.

• Conduct daily application health check and monitoring activities.

• Support planned validation activities during weekends or after office hours when required.

Resource Qualification Requirements

1. Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as Full Stack Engineer / Application Support Engineer.

2. Strong experience in Java Spring Boot and React ecosystem.

3. Experience handling production support and incident management.

4. Familiar with AWS cloud services.

5. Good analytical and communication skills.

6. Able to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

7. Experience in financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
