About the role
Full-time Mandarin language teacher at LUMI Learning Center, a professional Mandarin education institute in South Jakarta offering structured Chinese language courses for kindergarten, primary and junior high students.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Mandarin classes for young learners following LUMI's standard curriculum
- Manage classroom activities, record student learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents
- Prepare lesson materials, join internal teaching training and centre activities
- Build positive communication with parents and update them on students' learning performance
- Follow all teaching regulations of LUMI Learning Center and maintain stable attendance
About you
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
- Capable of bilingual teaching (Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Minimum D3 Diploma; Education or Chinese language related majors are preferred
- Candidates with prior Mandarin teaching experience will be prioritized
- Patient, friendly, loves children, responsible and willing for long-term employment
- Full-time availability, basic computer skills for lesson preparation
