Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and creative staff to join our team as a Finance & Accounting Staff!
Position - Full Time
Job Responsibilities :
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Manage petty cash and daily cash flow, and process vendor invoice payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices to students' parents.
- Handle tax calculations and reporting, including Withholding Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (PPN), and e-Faktur, while maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation.
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and experienced with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian taxation.
- Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly accurate with numbers, and accountable.
- Willing to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
