Job description for Full-Time Creative Design at KatsLab
KatsLab is Hiring!
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Full-Time Creative Designer who is passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and creating impactful designs that strengthen our brand presence.
As a Full-Time Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to bring ideas to life and ensure every design aligns with KatsLab’s brand identity and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas/briefs into strong visual solutions.
- Create and manage various design assets, including:
- Social media content
- Campaign visuals
- Branding materials
- Marketing collaterals
- Presentation decks
- Digital assets
- Simple motion graphics/video content
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all visual communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and business teams to create engaging creative campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Research and explore design trends, references, and creative approaches to continuously improve visual quality.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Review and improve designs based on feedback from internal teams.
- Support the development of creative direction and visual strategy for KatsLab.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer / Visual Designer (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including:
- Layout
- Typography
- Color theory
- Composition
- Visual hierarchy
- Proficient in design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Canva
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design execution.
- Excellent visual sense with attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Up to date with current design trends, digital content, and social media aesthetics.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency, branding studio, startup, or fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with branding projects, campaign development, and creative strategy.
- Ability to create both static and motion-based content is a plus.
Working Arrangement
Work Mode: Hybrid / Flexible Working Arrangement WFO: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday WFH: Tuesday, Thursday
