1. Max 25 years old
2. Minimal 1 year experience as a barista (coffee)
3. Good looking and Well Groomed

Job Descriptions:
1. Prepare and serve beverages that meet quality standards
2. Educate customer about coffee and brewing methods
3. Properly handle and maintain all equipment
4. Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
5. Receive and process customer payments
6. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
7. Serve customers quickly and efficiently
8. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
