Job description for Full-Time Administrative Executive at Bakenet Pte Ltd
*Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
• Perform accounting data entry
• Prepare quotations, orders and invoices.
• Assist in sales report compilation
• Assist in daily accounting activities
• Handle administrative tasks
• Answer to customers’ enquires.
• Perform filing and other administrative duties.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Willingness to learn and takes initiative
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, or equivalent qualifications. Preferably Diploma holders.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year related experience
• Computer literate
• Knows how to send and reply to emails.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
• Salary to commensurate with experience
