Job Description
- Manage the invoicing process accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle corporate tax administration and reporting in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Input sales and expense data, and maintain organized records of purchase receipts and supporting documents.
- Manage and process company payments according to established schedules and procedures.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and timely monthly reports.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to interns in their day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes, tax administration, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in managing sales and expense data, as well as maintaining organized documentation and filing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Bali.
